What sort of lambs are they?
The lambs are out of a Border Leister / Merino cross ewe and a White Suffolk or Dorset Ram.

What are they fed?
Our lambs are principally grass fed however depending on seasonal conditions their feed can be supplemented with hay or grain.

What is the “carcase weight”?
The carcase weight is based on the cold (or hanging) weight of the lamb 12 or more hours after processing by the abattoir. Once your lamb is processed according to your order, there is a loss of weight due to boning, trimming, etc.  

Can you cryvac the meat?
Yes, we can cryvac the meat.  An additional charge of $40.00 per pack will apply. We can only cryvac the “Variety” and “Deluxe” packs.
 

Is the packaging recyclable?
Where possible we use recyclable packaging.

Can I place a special order?
If you have a specific order in mind (for example: changes to a current lambpack or more specific cuts and quantities), please let us know and we will aim to supply your request.

Where do we deliver to?
Metropolitan Melbourne, Outer suburbs and Regional Victoria.  A $10 delivery fee will apply to all deliveries.

If you live outside of these areas, please contact us to discuss if we are able to deliver to you.

When do you deliver?
We are currently delivering fortnightly, unless otherwise published on our website or e-mail notices. If you have any special requests, please contact us. We will require at least 10 days notice.
